Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The merchant name will appear as TamperSeal.com on your credit card statement.
Order Receipt After your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email is your receipt, so please retain it for your own records. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you notice any mistakes.
Shipping Free shipping is standard for orders to the United States. Priority, 2 day, and overnight shipping are available for an additional cost. Shipping is calculated based on location and weight and will be provided prior to the time you complete checkout.
Once your order has been packaged and left the warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.
Sales Tax Appropriate sales tax will be added for orders shipping to Florida.
Processing an Order Most orders received by 4:30 EST are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 4:30 will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Modifying Your Order We work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. If you find an error in your order, please notify us immediately by phone.
Returns and Exchanges If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, contact our customer service department immediately to obtain a return authorization number. All returns should be shipped to the address below. Please include your RA number and copy of your invoice. No COD returns will be accepted.

Return Policy Contact TamperSeal for a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused and in original packaging. SearchAlert Locks have a manufacturer’s warranty and can be returned for repair or replacement with reference to the original order number. |
