I will be carrying this bag to Peru and although it is smaller than I thought it would be, I think it will be a good size for traveling. I can carry it under a coat if desired or convert to a fanny pack. It has enough room for a small wallet and a few items like glasses, tissues, sunscreen, etc. I like all the security features and think it will make me feel safe and secure while traveling in unknown and crowded areas.

LOVE the latching zippered compartment with two additional spots to safely store your precious cellphone & camera (velcor closures). I am ALWAYS on my toes whether traveling in the US or elsewhere, yet I had a camera stolen in Buenos Aires with a different messenger-type bag.
