Best neck pillow for airline seats, keeps my head from lolling left or right when I sleep. Good for lower back, too, as it can be deflated to just the right size. Inner meterial slightly crunchy when fully deflated, but that hasn't bothered me. Found 1 at discounter, then ordered 2 more online.

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
